Lake Escape is a “shared ownership boat”. The advantage being that most boats sit unused in the water most of the time. By sharing costs such as initial purchase price, maintenance, insurance, etc. the boat becomes very affordable. With a shared ownership boat you can have the advantage of a very expensive piece of equipment for a very reasonable price. Lake Escape is now stored at the beautiful new Antelope Marina Resort. It is the finest on the lake and you are treated the same way. They even pick you up at the parking lot in golf carts, load your belongings, food etc. and drop you off right in front of the boat. No more of that hot running up and down the hill to load the boat. The current maintenance fee is $750. We also split the slip fee equally according to how many days we each own. Each owner is responsible to have the boat ready for the next owner. This all can be done conveniently through Antelope Point Marina. They will not only clean the boat but service it as well so that you can spend your entire time enjoying the lake. The closest comparable rental boats rent for $10,000 per week. Once you’ve spent that money it’s gone for ever. With Lake Escape you own part of the boat and you can sell your share at anytime subject to the LLC agreement. Why continue to rent when for a very low price you can own? Finally this boat is owned by private owners, this is not some large conglomerate trying to make big dollars at your expense.
