Q: Can I rent out my share to someone else?
A: No, it is against the park rules to do so, there must be at least one owner on the boat at all times, however you are welcome to trade weeks with other owners if you wish.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: All dishes, silverware, coffee pot, and cleaning supplies will be provided. The only things you will need are clothes, lines, towels,toys and food. (You may even call ahead and have your groceries waiting for you on the boat when you arrive or you can order linens for your use on the boat if you don't want to bring them.) You may contact us for a complete list of everything on board right down to measuring cups!

Q: Where will the boat be kept?
A: The boat will be kept at the new Antelope Marina in a new 75 by 22 foot slip.

Q: How does the payment process work?
A: It's as easy as 1,2,3.

1. $2500 holds your week.

2. When the agreement is signed by you, you mail Lake Escape LLC, the balance of your 25% down. Full payment is due before your first week on the lake.

3. Your full balance is due in 6 weeks or at least 2 weeks before you launch. Also due at this time is your $750 annual fee.

Q: I would like two weeks together, is that possible?
A: Yes, at the beginning of prime season and the end of prime season there are two week overlaps at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Also, if you would like two weeks together in the middle of prime time you will receive a 10% discount. Also 10 day weeks are available at this time still.
